07/13/2017 - Thursday   ::   A Comprehensive Course in Qi, 3 Module Intensive: Understanding and Utilizing Qi and Qigong Methods for Self-Healing, Inner Peace and Healing Others
This course will be held in 3 modules. Module 1 will focus upon basic theory and the control of the mind. Module 2 will focus on the physical Qigong methods to further build the ability to move energy throughout the body. Module 3 will focus upon Utilizing Qi energy for healing yourself and others.

This course will uncomplicate the process so that every attendee can develop the skills and utilize the information immediately.

Spacing between module I and II will be 2 weeks apart to allow you the time to implement the base exercises of Module I. Then Module II and III will be one week apart.

Module I - Thursday July 13th 8:00-9:30 pm

Module II - Thursday July 27th 8:30 pm

Module III - Thursday August 3rd 8:30 pm

Many people have made inquiries about meditation. Many of these people state that they have tried meditation, but it is impossible to clear their minds. And from this they conclude that they cannot just learn.

This is sad since daily meditation practice can help bring about a much calmer life, builds patience and eventually peace in the heart. It also allows you to see clearer through tough situation as well as reducing stress.

Meditation is simple and fun and is truly easy for anyone to do and accomplish. This workshop will focus upon simple seated meditation, which can be done standing, in a chair or lying down. These meditational exercises are task oriented, which takes away the boredom some encounter, while allowing you to gain control of your thoughts.
